    [Misc] Canon 3235 found running or cleaning?

    Customer stated that their machine was found running for no good reason a couple of times. " for up to five minutes" before they rebooted it. Has anyone seen this? We know the fuser will run the cleaning roller on occasion. FW is updated.
    I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

      are they sure its not almost out of toner and the bottle just keeps turning and turning trying to get the last bit out? Seen this a few times

          Did you check the toner cartridge? The machine will make a whirring sound when the bottle is empty and the machine searches for toner.

                  O yeah that was probley what it was. Its only been there for 6 years and " we never heard that before" I also had a boat load of 500-600% over voltage and 30 undervoltage stamps from a few months ago. Always something! : )

                      If its not the toner bottle almost being empty, check your fixing film and cleaning roller for wear and old grease build up
                      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

                          High-quality instruction is the main aspect in work of the device. As every element is in it. But if you have no idea what to do with any problem, just ask the professionals how to do so. If you have no such place in your town, you can also ask the people working with this device. They can describe the main principles for you or just make cleaning in your home or office instead of you.
