    Hi

    I am Mayu from India ....using Canon IR 5050 having a issue of blank screen (Machine was OFF for 2 day Corona Lock-down), although Main Power Indicator is green (no red LED of error or jamming) even scanners boot when it switched On, tried with another machines Ram and Boot-ram still no success.

      Are you getting power to the lcd?

                  Reseat RAM and connectors on the main controller. If no help I would recommend replacing the main controller.
