Finisher cannot be use

    Finisher cannot be use

    I am new on IRA8095 it show "finisher cannot be use" on the bottom of the screen.
    Photocopy fine. Paper came from tray 1. But tray 1 not moving.

    Sounds like the finisher has a error and the machine is in "limited function" mode. Past machines would have a finisher error and shut down the entire device. "Limited Function"mode means the device skips over the finisher error and can still print, but no finisher functions. You will have a error code in service mode referring to the finisher. You need to resolve that first.

      Yes it was E535-0002. can someone please descript the error code? i still don't have service manual.

        that's some kind of a stapler issue. First you should go into user mode and turn limited functions back of. Not sure where it is on that machine but it's probably in Common settings.

          E535 -0002 -05 Title Error in the Swing Guide Motor (Finisher-D1)
          Remedy 1. The connector of the Swing Guide HP Sensor (S110) or the
          Swing Guide Motor (M110) are disconnected.
          2. The wiring of the Swing Guide HP Sensor (S110) or the
          Swing Guide Motor (M110) are faulty.
          3. The Swing Guide HP Sensor (S110) is faulty.
          4. The Swing Guide Motor (M110) is faulty.
          5. The Finisher Controller PCB is faulty.
          Description The Swing Guide HP Sensor does not detect the swing guide
          when the Swing Guide Motor has been driven for 3 seconds.
