Recently we adquire a used machine, the C5250. Started a little printer shop, and in the future hoping to get the Imagepress models.
So, we are printing most for students and some little bussines near to us.
The C5250 has very good print quality, original toner, original parts, and very low counters, etc.
We printing on many paper types, like coated, sticker paper and sizes 12x18, mostly photos, flyers and poster types on the 12x18 sizes.
So I have a question for you,
Recently I found a video on Youtube about banner printing, and the video shows a C3525i printing a large banner, and I know that de C5250 only supports 12x18 paper size, but the C3525i only support 12x18 sizes too.
So how this guy can print banner sheet on those printer? Maybe a fake video or is this posible to do this on the C5250?.
Ive tryied to print a 12x36 sheet size from the bypass, Ive created the size on the printer driver, everything looks good, but when I put the sheet on the bypass, the printer always ask me the size, type of paper, etc, and only admits the 12x18 size on the screen. If I send the print job, the sheet jams in the half.
I know here are technicians and professionals with many years of experience on this machines,
Please tell me if it is posible to do this on the C5250 or not, so I can offer this banner sheets to my clients, meanwhile we hope to get a C165
