I have 180 Canon copiers on my network. After a power outage, they lose network connectivity. They have to be hard-cycled to be restored. None of the 40 Ricohs have this problem. Five minutes after power is restored, the Ricohs are all back up and running, but no so with the Canons.
Local reps tell me that hard-cycling is the only remedy, but surely there must be a network setting to overcome this.
Any help is appreciated.
