Far as I know the PF has only 3 rollers for each tray - if you have replaced them I would start looking at them over filling the drawer or bad paper. You did not say which drawer had the problem - but if 2, 3, or 4 you could swap trays to determine if it is a PF issue or tray issue.

        Any jam code?

it does not jam. paper makes it through the machine together. tray 1 is the problem

Hardworking people are not present. Simply many it is boring to idle.

Are you using FC6-6661-000 sep rollers, there are a bit softer, grey color along with the feed rollers FC6-7083-000.

Something "different" seems to be going on. I would open things up and take a real good look at the one-way and the rest of the sep roller mech. Make sure (as screwtape mentioned) you have the right rollers in the right places and engaging properly. Hope someone can help you as I am fresh out of ideas.

I also forgot to mention, check the paper, make sure your client is fanning out the paper. If the problem persists change the pick up ass'y. Good luck,
