i have a machine irc 5035 with inner finisher E1 sometimes jam only in doble side mode after the first copier

i think is humidity in the paper, never stuck in a4R MODE, who anybody knows any adjust for the humidity paper in this machine?

Make sure the system software is at least 37.03 it should be as the document suggesting this is 10 years old.

Its paper and humidity. Trust me on that. You can see it try to dog ear on exit of the finisher when you can feel the water in the air. If you don't agree with that you can replace the little feed roller assembly before the finisher for 1101. The tech pub is also 100 percent wrong on this jam too.

Yes there is an adjustment you can make for humidity. See the function fixing or service mode area of the SM. It will help.
