Canon Imagerunner 7095 Error Message E000500-0001

Canon Imagerunner 7095 Error Message E000500-0001 at startup. I do not have a a manual for this machine. Anyone know?

What make of finisher is on the machine? is it a V1? that finisher has an on/off switch also on it .The fault is communication error between the finisher and the machine. When you power down the machine you first do it from the dispaly then the on/off switch on copier then the finisher and power up in the reverse order . make sure the finisher also is connected properly as far as I can remember it has a terminator at the side that connects at the copier end if this is not used it will also give error codes

I don't have 7095 machine but the code is related to finisher.

Make sure that you turn off the main unit first, with the proper procedure by holding down the on and off button for about 3 secs and then put the finisher on first then the main unit. If that don't work check the finisher controller PCB.
