Canon IR Adv c350i - Emailing error notifications

Just recently received a Canon IR c350i and I am renting it out but I need to set up the notifications to email me the error code, meter and supplies status.

I logged in and went to portal then remote IU. Then went to settings and registrations and device management. From there I was not able to see where the email notification settings and add destination was. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can you not just keep logging into the RUI and obtain this information when needed?

This does not have email notifications as such. It uses imageware remote to report to Canon's server and the authorized dealer for that machine gets reports. Other option is using 3rd party software that can be installed on your customer's pc and report to you.
