    ImagePROGRAF 4000s first installation error ec3f-402f

    hi everyone, i have a problem with my new canon imagegraf 4000s. after assembling it, I moved on to installing the print head and cartridges but while making the configuration, the machine stopped giving me an error code relating to the ink suction ec3-402f can someone help me? thank you

      did you follow the procedure in the installation manual?

      please tell us what steps you followed

                  Did you clear error? Try remove PH, reboot, then follow install procedure again

                          in plain words - the error means that there is no ink in the tubes (which you should have checked also by yourself)

                          The problem could be the tubing system or the purge unit. Theoretically could be also the head - but I doubt it.

                          If you are a tech - follow procedure for testing the purge and tubing system.

                          If not - call one... it is better and faster
