CLC3200 color displacement

Hello to all!
I have problem with a colo displacement o CLC3200 print/copy in sub scanning direction. I have try with cleaning of ITB unit, sensor, laser, DC CON clear....
Does anyone have some idea?

hey andronis, the first thing that i would check would be the patch reader position make sure that the blue lever is in the down position and make sure the patch reader is clean. second check that the engagement lever on the front cover is not damaged and fully engaging the shift arm for the reader. also check that the tensioners inside the itb assys are not broken or damaged and make sure that the springs have not come off. I have had this exact problem in the past and found that one of the arms that provide tension for the tension roller inside the itb assy were broken. hope this

i have same problem

my name is hock, can you teach me how to solve it? i have the same problem with u and clean itb belt,sensor,and laser unit.

canon itb belt

clean the rollers with alcohol from the itb wich transport the belt

replace the itb-unit (It helps in 99%)

I had one 3200 that had color displacement. After auto grad adj, new drums,new ITB, DCON clear and patch read sensor. Finally my senior tech and I removed all 4 lasers and manually adjusted them back to home postion did and auto grad adjust,rebooted and it fixed the problem. I have also had to manually adjust the lasers on a 5180 as well. Hope that helps.

hi its more complicated to adjust laser unit of this machine manualy.just try to printer clear.it solves alot of color displacement in ths model.
