i can't get into service mode on this machine I push the button in the cover and nothing happens and to make it more interesting the machine does not have a * anywhere on it can any one help me out.

When you press the button you can see the dollar ($) sign at the upper left corner? If so, you're in service mode already. Then press * 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 * to see the menus. If you cannot see the asterisk sign on the panel just try another key.

ok I'm a dumba$$ i did not look under the panel to the right of the op screen labeled special features and you know there it was plain as day I guess with the Bobs on my butt to fix the junk setting around here i got a little distracted but thank for the help anyway
