Footer on every print and copy on IRadvance c 355i

I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to hide the footer that is printed on every print and copy.(see attached file).

This footer shows Date and Time,user name,ip address and serial number of the mfp.

Thanks for your response Teckat.Your link forward me to the ir desktop which the customer is not using.Also the footer is printed even when you make copies.

this is a function enabled in user modes.
enter as administrator
Function Settings > Common > Print Settings > Forced Print Recognition Information
