Canin IR 1025 IF

Hi Folks,
anyone have issues with the document feeder on this copier?
I replaced pick-up,and feed roller & sep.pad.
almost seems like the top door pulls out of it's holes, quite easily...any tech pubs, regarding this issue, I could try to replace the top cover, but thought I'd check with you guys, and fixes or finds. What I did see, it would read a jam, after the sheet came out of the feeder..any help, suggestions, greatly appreciated !

I have had problems with a sensor flag falling out of its cradle inside that cover.

I thought of that, too..do you remember what you did, that actuall fixed it..?
or replace the whole top cover?

I just reseated the flag. If the cover is popping out of its holder you may have a crack in the mounting post. I have had those break

Thanks Brian,
that sensor arm was just hanging, I was lost, as the 1st. visit, I ran a good pages thru doc. feeder. I did repair the post that holds the arm in place
