irc 2020 error 196-003

I have a irc that error 196-003 appears, when it happens the drum life counter are all in 0

i have clear the dc con and that s solve the problem, but i don t sure if it ll happen again ( I have replaced the laser unit too)

Does anyone know the problem?

It's been ages since I worked on one of these but I do recall there being some wires that run above the toner cartridge holders to the drum.
This video shows them.
