[Misc] Print/copy result is below the margin of the paper iR3045

Hello, can anyone help me?
I tried to find information in the forum but have not found it.


The problem is that the printout is lower than normal.
The top becomes slightly downward, and the bottom is cut off.


I just changed the vertical rollers and drums, cleaning surface body from dust, also the settings on the ADJ-XY, FEED-ADJ, changed the A4 to F4 paper sizes, and tried all the trays.


Tried a direct scan to the computer, the results are ok.

I assume you checked the guides in the cassette to make sure they are in the right spot. Gear post underneath break and customers move the front guide to snug up the paper and then its out of position. Try the bypass. How is that?
