Canon IR adv C5045 reboots when Copy ADF and Flatbed

please enlighten me regarding this issue
If printing machine is ok and brings the paper out.
But if i do copy from document processor and flatbed
The machine will automatically reboots after pressing the start button

Im planning to change the scanner flat cable

Swapping parts without checking Error Codes or Alarm 2 codes is an odd way to start, Good luck

Just went and checked the machine.
The machine will reboot randomly.
On any task you do.

Tried to clean ram.
Swap the board from the left one.
And interchanged that tpm board
And shows e748-9000 error

I ended up reinstalling back all the board with the issue still there.

Reflash the firmware using "Overwrite All".

Fax boards can cause random reboots on this model, but any error codes would be a good start.

Is it cheque or money that you are copying?
