[Jamming] ir 7095 power on machine keep on jamming at the fuser roller.

I have changed the sensor PS10, PS9, PS6 and clutch and gear below the fuser unit.
but still the same problem, Thanks for help.

If it jam constantly at fuser roller then check fuser rollers drive. Usually drive gear boss is broken or gear itself. Speaking of other brands(non Canon) I normally work on.

check fuser upper roller and drive gears , part no: FS7-0007-000,FS7-0006-000

Do you know for sure that the fuser is turning during normal operation? I used to put a mark on the the lower fuser roller with a sharpie to verify it's turning. Also, have you checked all the relevant sensors to make sure they change states from 1 to 0?

Noted, great idea! next time i can try to use your skill to make sure it.
i changed all sensors around fuser unit. but still the same.
After that I changed whole unit from other machine, then it work as well.
But now another problem come, upper fuser roller unit is too hot.
the machine keep on restart.......
do you have any idea for me?
