Blank copy on Canon IR Adv 6075

I am fixing a Canon IR Adv 6075. There is no error but the copy is blank. I make a copy and stop the paper. There is no image on the drum. The primary charger assembly and the primary charging high voltage PCB are new. There is a 24v from the relay board to the upper high voltage unit. Any ideas where I should look next? Thanks for your help.

I know you said they are new but out of the box failures aren't impossible, if there's nothing making it to the drum that really leans towards it not charging correctly.

Edit> Wait is it ONLY on copies? because at that point I would ask if you can see a preview on the printer, could be something wrong with the scanning apparatus.

Most likely you don't have high voltage regardless of the 24v from the relay board. I'd actually measure the high voltage to make sure or swap the high voltage unit if you have one. Also, check for loose or broken connections.

Solved this problem by replacing the Drum Drive Assembly. This assembly includes the main charger terminal that caused the blank copy problem.
