canon GP335 black copies

Dear friends !

I have a GP335 that makes a black copies and no characters no error codes
i have tested an internal prints all the test pages are ok
the expo lampe is good .
what can it be ?
please help !!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like it must be a scanner problem. Check you have not knocked a mirror out of position, failing that it sounds like ccd or ip board.
