ir 3300 e602 error

in my machine error occured e602 001 then machine not ready, but i have sst tool and system software also, i tried to install software newly but i can't able to enter download mode, (*2&8*) i can't go to service mode, if any other way can i enter the service mode pls help me

Replaced HDD with a new one. If you cannot get into download mode the hard disk is no good.

You actually need to turn on the machine while holding down 2 and 8.

when u start ur machine, push hold 2 and 8 buttons ,

find clear menu , and clear all - push start

when it finished, turn ur machine off and on.

U can use USB cable or CAT5 (CROSS) cable for download - upgrade progress

u can't use a new (empty) hdd, u must get a system hdd from canon or technical service. (200 ~ 400 Euro)

i think , u don't need a new hdd for this error.

when u enter service mode, use = function - clear - error - clear all

wait for 10-20 secs. and turn off and on your machine. error must be fixed.

should actually use a 19 and start thiis will do a hard drive scan and recoer any bad sectors etcetc

if this does not do it then you have to replace HDD and reup the software

Sorry, but i must correct you haydar64..
1&7 only works with 3300i or 3320i,These are the units that have the option (Fixed IP)
I can imagine when the error code 602-0001 pops up there is no option to get into service mode to do anything, its just a blank screen with the error code at the bottom of the screen. If its E602-0002,0003,0004, then you can get into service and perform a HD-Check. Replace the HDD and reload the latest firmware.

Is the 3300 and 3300N firmware same? I read some thread regarding this.
It says it's different if your model has a N.
