I have problem when I do test 10 that black bar is shorter than the others.
How to solve it. Thanks to every reply.

What have you tried so far ? I see a bigger issue with your yellow than the black.

Your registration is way off, check the operation of your patch sensor shutter / patch sensor. the shutter has a little nipple that can break off so when the solenoid gets activated the shutter doesnt move or moves partially.

I have solved it by cutting the clamps that hold the signal cables to the laser driver.
cut all the clamps under the drum/developer, around laser connector (side operator).

Black drum may not be sitting properly. Take apart the laser units and clean mirrors and lens, reassemble, clean patch sensors and run color mismatch. Then do auto grad and see if aligned. Can be adjusted in service mode if still misaligned.

Easy most common problems dirty id patch sensor clean then do colour mismatch adjustment. But could be caused by over life parts as well check pm lifes
