    Canon IRC 5550i with Papercut

    I just purchase a Canon IRC 5550i with a papercut login. How do I get rid of that software and change back to normal. Do I have to reformat the hard drive or is there anything in Service mode that will erase that back to a regular screen? Thank You for your advice!!
