    canon 5035/5051 quality issues.

When printing on several machines I have encountered a thick black smudged area that only shows on the back of the page regardless if i have sent a duplex job or not. This issue has happened in the past and I have never gotten to the bottom of it. I have changed belts, developers, drum units, fusers and duplex units and still get the same problem. I have attached a photo to show what is happening. All help would be appreciated
