[Misc] Canon iR1435

Hello.

Does anybody know about this problem? The client has an iR1435, and thet told me that a few days ago the other sizes (when they want to scan to SMB) desappeared. There were more sizes like LGL. The menu shows like this panel.jpg

The firmware version is: Main Controller: 08.01
Boot ROM: 01.22
Language: 04.01
D-CON: 08.01
Panel: 03.03

I have tried to reinstall the firmware but the machine shows that is installed the lastest firmware.
I did the CLEAR-ALL in Service Mode.

But the menu is same.

Could you help me with this issue?
