    irc 355 itb assembly inundated with waste toner

    HI

    I found a irc 355 with itb asembly inundated with waste toner

    it seems every thing is ok, the waste toner motor turning around and the hole betwen itb and waste toner is empity

    Does anyone knows the problem?

    Nothing smart.
    ITB is not super quality in this model.



    1) Replace the ITB unit and registration drive assy FM1-A225-010
    2) Execute counter clear in the Service Mode-COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > TR-BLT > "OK"
    3) Change the Service Mode Values.
    < Increase the width of the band>-SERVICE MODE > LEVEL2 > COPIER > OPTION >CLEANING > DR-CL-L >change to “40”.-SERVICE MODE > LEVEL2 > COPIER > OPTION >CLEANING > DR-CL-T > Change “-3”.
