    [Jamming] IR Adv 4051 Paper jam in duplex guide

    My IR Adv 4051 jam in the right door (duplex guide) it always happened for a4r paper and sometimes f4 paper too. Working normally for one sided copy.

      What have you checked so far?

      Jam code? (jam tipe)
      Did you inspect sensor area? Sensor,sensor flag,rollers...
      Inspect working sensor in service mode. 0/I
      Sensor connectors.
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          Problem could be delivery section sensor actuator comes out of place
