E732 Reader communication error.
Check on connection between the reader controller PCB and the main controller PCB. Check on the reader power supply.
Good luck.Hardworking people are not present. Simply many it is boring to idle. -
disconnect reader ,clear main controller-reboot
does machine come to ready as printer?
if so faulty scan head/r-con
