[Error Code] Canon ImagePROGRAF TM 300 error EC51-3105 6194

Hi guys just been asked to go look at one of these, getting an error code EC51-3105 6194, customer says its now working again, any ideas. Usually work on Ricoh kit but doing this for a dealer.
