IRA C 5540 copy and print rotated 180 degrees

Hi,



The customer called me to have the copies and prints rotated for 180 degrees.There is no problem with printing on or the other side of the paper. When you take the paper out of the tray it is turned upside down. In principle there is nothing wrong but I am interested in what setting they played with.I can delete settings and solve the problem but but I will never know what happened.

Thanks G but im afraid this is for face-up or face-down when printing only 1 page although 2-sided.This one is rotated for 180 deg when printing or copy one sided.

Maybe try changing orientation of paper in tray just for shits and giggles.

For example counter print is ok.

This setting i tested on our machine in service.Off or on.Nothing happens.

I will export the settings from this device and import it to the device in the field.
My opinion, only the new system will help.Thanks for the hints guys.
