ip 4300 pixma Error 5c20

I have in my home an ip4300 canon printer and i have an error 5c20
Does anyone knows something about that error and how i can resolved it?
Any suggestions wiil be thankfull!
And i saw that when the green power light turns on, the orange one is off and when the orange is on then the green is off(and this is continouslly).
