Hi,

I have a problem with jam in the fusing unit, half of the paper comes out of the fusing but not allways.. I changed entire fusing unit and a gear in cassete drive mechanizem, but i still have that exact same jams, like before.

Any ideas?

Check your Drum Gear, and check your paper feed and pick-up rollers.

if print is half of A4 , check your seperation corona ( Right Door), and fuser sensor.
