    irc 1325 jam 0190

    HI

    i have several machines canon irc1325 they jam
    intermittently every 10 or 15 print only in doble side mode (jam code 0190)

    if don t use doble side mode there is no jam

    Does anyone know the problem

          there is a solenoid(fk4-0725-000) in the right front cover and it was sticky, that was the problem
