    need more info:

    how many pages on drums/developers?

    is the cleaning unit on the belt cleaning?

    any errors recorded?

    genuine oem toners?

    New oem drums?

    copy/print?

      replaced drum and developer, only OEM toner, when it happens it looks like she prnted on yellow paper, 1 error code E020 01B1, error has not come back after repacement of Y Dev

        Then the drum ground is bad?, swap yellow drum with magenta drum to see if problem follows drum.

            Need to print out the internal test charts that shows all the individual colors. Post 'em when you do that. Thanks.

              There's a ground tab under the drum on the frame. Make sure it is making solid contact with the drum assembly.
              Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

                went back this afternoon, cleaned all contacts for Y drum and Y Dev. same proplem. Swapped Y drum with M drum problem went away, so it's a contact problem. Reminder it was a brand new Y drum. test page #10 perfect. Will repost any changes next week.

                  Best to only use new oem drums complete unit not kits or compatible they rubbish
