Hi,

I change Force hold to off, Delete Job After Printing Off, Only Allow Encrypted Print Jons to On etc.
Reset to factory settings. Nothing help.
Job delete after one hour.
Latest FW.

did you make these changes in ADMIN mode?

Account it's administrator with administrator privileges. I check also with new account with admin permissions.

When using the Canon Remote Operation View, the item for changing the job storage time in protected printing is displayed in grey without the possibility of change.
If the same operation is performed from the MFP panel you have access to everything, including this change.
