Dear technical Friends . I have a problem with an advance 6275. I moved it from one place to another a distance of one block, it worked very well and when I wanted to use it in the other place I got the error 263-000
According to the service manual it appears:
Title:
Error in Current Sensor reference voltage generation
Detection description:
When CP54 on the Main Driver PCB was measured with a
tester, the reference voltage (normally 2.5 V) was not within
the range of reference value (2.2 to 2.7 V).
Remedy:
1. Check the connection between the AC Driver PCB and the
Main Driver PCB (connector disconnection, open circuit, short circuit of harness). AC Driver side: J615, Main Driver side: J103
2. Replace the AC Driver PCB.
3. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
The continuity of the AC Driver J615 harness and the main driver J103 side is perfect
The following questions arise:
What do you mean by:
1) When CP54 on the Main Driver PCB was measured with a
tester, the reference voltage (normally 2.5 V) was not within
the range of reference value (2.2 to 2.7 V)?
Who or what is the CP54?
How can I measure it with the tester?
2) Has anyone had this problem on this model?
3) Before changing the really expensive AC driver PCB or Main Driver PCB (PCB2) is there any way to do other tests or repair the boards?
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Cheers,
Henri Garcia.
