After entering service mode what to select to Release the lock of toner container ?

In service manual writes to remove process uinit and to remove drum heater . Are these necessary? Can i just slide out the unit and not remove the heater.
Also i haven't removed toners before i start dissasembly and now they are stuck (the 3 colors) the blk that have the problem easily removed how can i remove toner bottles?Comment
