[Error Code] Replace the drum unit (Black) - iR ADV C250i

Currently have a Canon iR ADV C250i which is showing "Replace the drum unit (Black)". This machine belongs to one of our customers and they have asked if there is a way to clear this message? The drum is only about a year old and they have no print quality issues at the moment so it would be a bit of a waste to replace it.

I have checked Service Mode but cannot find a way to clear this. Any help would be much appreciated.

If I remember correctly:

Copier - Option - FNC-SW

D-DLV-BK / CL

You can also ensure the drum warning is set to OFF
copier>option>user>P-CRG-LF to 0
