The surest way to do this would be to remove the hard disk from the copier, plug the drive into a USB adapter, and run some commercial grade software like Killdisk or some others that are capable of completely erasing a drive so that no data can be retrieved. There is no way to accomplish this in the copier beyond the Format function of Service Support Tool.
