    Canon dx c5735i with P2 rip

    We set up an Advance DX C5760i with an ImagePass P2 V1.1. We've had problems from the beginning such as, locking up, unresponsive control panel ,unable to calibrate etc..... We got it up and running for the most part by initializing all on the copier side and going back to factory defaults on the Fiery. Everything seemed ok after that. However, when you rebooted the Fiery and copier the message "Check Computer Name in Settings and Registration" flashes at the bottom of the copier screen. We followed one suggestion to change the default server name on the Fiery. That worked for about 2 weeks until customer called back with the message flashing again. He changed the name again on the Fiery and that worked. We are concerned that this won't be the last time this happens. Has anyone had this problem. TIA
