I'm having a problem with a 3200 that keeps damaging the transfer belt, replaced the transfer belt assembly twice and did it again in about 20k copies, am i missing something? cant find anything contacting the belt , help!!!

How is it damaging the belt? On the sides, in the middle, tearing.....need more info. -
The is an issue where the belt runs off to one side...then shreds.
There is a mod kit that you can get from Canon...I've fitted it once or twice and I don't see how it could work myself.
It attaches to the rear of the fixing feeder assembly.Comment

Constant tearing of the Intermediate Transfer Belt.
Cause
Misalignment of the Intermediate Transfer Belt Assembly Slide Rail causes the Belt to incline to one side when rotated, resulting in breakage.
