    [Misc] uniFLOW Online - Newly registered device doesn't recognize cards.

    Hello, guys! I've been using uniFLOW Online for months and i am really happy with it. I have 3 devices enrolled with it but now i've added a new one Canon c3730i. However when i try to authenticate with a card, the card is not recognized and the device asks for pin. I know the pin for the card and if i enter it it works. However i have 84 users and if i have to do it again it will be a struggle. I remember that when i was setting up uniFLOW i had to enter pins for the cards only on one device and the other devices were recognizing the cards. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

    Hi,


    Does it sound beep when you approach the card or nothing happen? If yes and ask for pin then the device does not know what to do with the data from the card.Enter a new user in Uniflow and enter username and password when logging in for the first time.
