    Canon MF5770 help

    I have a Canon MF5770. It displays "Download Standby" as soon as it's plugged in to AC. With USB cable plugged in it displays "Download Connected". What to do?

    I am not a tech.

      It means, that on your device the operational system has fallen. And at connection USB on the display there is a message on readiness for an upgrade.

          I had this problem with same model. The solution that worked for me is to update the firmware. The canon website should have the firmware update and instructions for running it. Once that was applied over a USB connection the unit rebooted and was fully functional again.
