E061 Error Code: iR C6800

Symptom
E061 Error Code. When Potential Control is off there is no error code, but the copies become blank.

Cause
The screw that attaches the gear to the drum shaft was broken. The drum would turn about 1/4 turn when observed from the front side of the machine.

Action
Replaced the Drum Shaft Unit (part nr. FM2-0510-000).

Symptom
E012 and E061 Cause
Both errors were caused by the drum not turning. The drum is driven off a big white gear on the drum shaft (behind the dc).

Action
The gear is held on to the shaft by three grub screws which came loose, so the shaft was not turning.
