CANON iR1023 cannot send multi page documents via email

Hi all,

I'ge got a little problems with an canon iR1023iF that can't send a multi-page documents via email. It can send a single page (BW or color), but I never receive my multipage document and I don't receive any error essage from the machine.

Do you guys now what I can do for that?

If you are sending multiple documents either through Universal Send to email or Universal Send to File through SMB, it can be done. Follow the steps below.

1) You can now use the ADF Feeder repeatedly to scan more documents and hit the Start Button to continue until you are finished.

2)When you are finished, hit the OK button which is in between the [-] Button and the [+] button

3)Your documents will be sent as one document to it's destination.

The other issue may be the document size settings. Check the current size limit and then expand it to something a bit larger.

Additional Functions>System Settings>Communications>E-mail/I-Fax>Max TX Data Size

Could also be a size limit by your e-mail server - check with your provider.
