Hello my friend ,

Your issue could be from two things , either the paper is being wrongly fed or hit when it is exiting the finisher . Or the Paper is being curled a lot causing it to roll at the exit and jam the next paper exiting.

Check the paper leading edge if it is damaged ? check the exit feeding rollers if they are turning smoothly?

If all is OK , then check the paper if they are moist , check the correct paper profile is set. try different media
