Hi, Just wanted to put this put there and see if anybody else has seen a tech bulletin from Canon about the issue affecting the 356i machines? It's the soiling of the TB.
Canon are blaming an ingredient in the paper manufacture called AKD. Has anybody else had this from Canon and also have you had the issue in any other machine in the Canon range?
I have the bulletin just can't attach it.
