5030 copys threw dock feeder wiggle in top print

we have a 5030 copier with a basic doc feeder printing well from file or memory and also from glass, but if you scan threw doc feeder the top edge is contorted a bit and still bold


we have replaced doc feeder, and control board , scanner and ribbon connector , as well as dc controller

but it still has the same issue
