Hi all, have seen previous posts regarding this error code. people adding shims resolving the issue. what connector causes the error is it the smaller one at the rear of the fuser unit by the paper exit ? or is it the main frame connectors. could some please confirm. does the connector need replacing. Had a similar error code on 7065 changed connector I think but can't remember it was a while ago. if any one can help would appreciate it.
