Just installed a used printer board trying to replace old dead one and new problem (last board was no longer seen by copier) . System starts up fine, but when select "print I.F" key, then "functions", there is no setup button. only "print pages" or "reboot server" show up so I cannot configure board. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,
Just pull out the RAM from print board, clean it properly and clean the socket also, install it again and try to configure. i think this will work.
